The client owns land adjacent to a unique train track condition. The Chicago Transportation Authority uses the land behind the client's property to transfer the train track from underground to above ground conditions. The stretch of about 500ft is proposed to be used as an elevated park platform that would allow the construction on the property of the client to span across the tracks. This new public park would allow for pedestrian connections to happen across the currently divided land. Additionally the proposed towers contain commercial spaces situated around the newly developed platform to increase traffic and create a new type of urban condition.
